Downtown Nashville Architecture Photography from the Sky: Part 3: Nissan Stadium + Nashville Skyline

The downtown Nashville skyline and the Nissan Stadium (completed in 1999 by HOK) have been photographed hundreds of thousands, if not millions of times. This was a super last-minute decision to get the drone out and shoot these. There were helicopters flying not too high above and for safety, I wanted to be quick and not get anywhere near them – so I was only in the air for about 5 minutes. The one thing I didn’t get was the cliche view of the Nashville skyline because the sun was facing directly into the drone camera and I just couldn’t really see it that well – so I opted for a less talked about view featuring The Bridge Building (by Hastings) and the soon to be completed Four Seasons Hotel by Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates, Inc.
